About

Built for Illinois estate execution, not just estate planning

EstateVaultUSA bridges the gap between signing an Illinois estate plan and carrying it out — when executors and families need clarity, not more paperwork.

From signed documents to executable records

Estate planning attorneys help families create wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Once signed, those documents often sit in a safe with little ongoing structure. Executors are left searching for assets, beneficiaries, and instructions at the most difficult moment of their lives.

EstateVaultUSA was built on a direct observation: the hardest part of estate planning is not creating the plan — it is ensuring it can be executed. We provide a digital vault that keeps every record organized, accessible, and ready when Illinois families need it.

Our focus: Most estate software addresses plan creation. We address execution, allocation, and readiness for Illinois executors and the professionals who support them.

Mission

Illinois executors need clarity before uncertainty becomes crisis

Estate execution software for Illinois residents — process and effectively allocate finalized estate plans. We give executors, trustees, and beneficiaries the structure they need, not another folder of documents.

1

Centralize wills, trusts, POAs, and supporting documents in one secure vault.

2

3

Execute

Deliver executor-ready asset registries and beneficiary records when it matters most.

Process

Five phases to a complete estate vault

Guided onboarding mirrors the estate planning workflow — from personal details and asset records to obituary information and personal wishes for your family.

  1. 1

    Personal & Family Identification

Capture testator details, family structure, contact information, and location data so executors can locate and identify everyone involved.

  2. 2

    Key Nominations

Designate independent executor, guardians, trustees, financial and healthcare POAs, and digital executor with clear succession planning.

  3. 3

    Beneficiary Design

Manage individuals and organizations who will inherit your estate. Track residuary allocations and ensure distributions total 100%.

  4. 4

    Asset Registry

Document every asset by category — real estate, vehicles, financial accounts, business entities, and more.

  5. 5

    Obituary & Personal Wishes

Record biographical details, surviving relatives, memorial preferences, and personal messages so your family can prepare an obituary and honor your wishes with accuracy and care.
